Autumn is still prevalent, and I find the onset of this particular season to be very nostalgic. New beginnings provoke thoughts of the past in what I feel to be its clearest, most memorable form.
I begin to recall things that were on the verge of oblivion, solely by placing myself in the familiar environment. Crisp, cool air lightly scratches at my skin, to be healed by the soft rays of a near winter sun. Brilliant hues within the death of nature are magnified, which become a victorian frame to my thoughts. And as I peer into the paintings of my past, I collect a few pieces to my puzzle, yet they are still but shapes and colours .. ----- Painted entirely in photoshop .. thanks go to my model, Yelena! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
