Autumn's Sighby ~vixelyn

Autumn is still prevalent, and I find the onset of this particular season to be very nostalgic. New beginnings provoke thoughts of the past in what I feel to be its clearest, most memorable form.

I begin to recall things that were on the verge of oblivion, solely by placing myself in the familiar environment. Crisp, cool air lightly scratches at my skin, to be healed by the soft rays of a near winter sun. Brilliant hues within the death of nature are magnified, which become a victorian frame to my thoughts.

And as I peer into the paintings of my past, I collect a few pieces to my puzzle, yet they are still but shapes and colours ..
